FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — The Falls Township Police Department reported several crimes that occurred in the area from Friday, March 11 to Sunday, March 13.

Friday, March 11

  • A woman was charged with retail theft at Giant Foods in Fairless Hills.
  • A man faces drug charges after being arrested at Fairway Shopping Center in Fairless Hills.
  • Approximately $20,000 in copper cable lines was stolen from the T-Mobile Cellular Tower.
  • A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle that was parked on the 1700 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue.
  • Two drivers were arrested for DUI. One occurred on Northbound Route 1 and another occurred on Southbound Route 1. Both vehicles were involved in separate accidents; both roadways were closed as a result.

Saturday, March 12

  • Police arrived at Penn Valley Laundromat after a report of a vagrant man was made. The man moved on without incident.
  • A person was seen entering Pasquale’s Sports Bar. Responding officers and K9 found the person in the building, who was suspected of attempted burglary. The owner requested no charges be filed for the incident.
  • A driver was charged with DUI on Lincoln Highway and Tyburn Road.

Sunday, March 13

  • A man was arrested after a pedestrian stop revealed that he had an outstanding warrant on Route 13.
  • Police responded to Amato’s Pizza after a report of a customer yelling at employees was made. The customer left without incident and was told not to come back to the restaurant.
