6 More Victims Were Drugged, Raped By Bristol Twp Man: Bucks DA

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Additional charges have been filed against Andrew Gallo, a Bristol Township man accused of drugging women he met on dating sites and raping them while they were impaired.

Gallo, 40, of Copper Beech Lane in Bristol Township, is accused of drugging six additional victims and raping five of them. He now faces 10 counts of rape by causing impairment, 12 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, eight counts of strangulation, five counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverage to minors, and one count of corruption of minors.

Last month, the Bucks County District Attorney and the Bristol Township Police Department announced charges against Gallo for drugging at least six women he met on a dating site and sexually assaulting them while they were impaired.

He was originally charged with five counts of rape by causing impairment, six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of strangulation, two counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverage to minors, and one count each of strangulation and corruption of minors, authorities said.

Authorities said the victims met Gallo on the website sugardaddymeet.com, going by the username DREWSTER420. After meeting the women on the site, Gallo would arrange dates with them at his house. During their encounters, Gallo would surreptitiously provide the females with a controlled substance in their drinks, authorities said.

The victims —who ranged in age from 17 to 30 —described feeling strange after consuming the drinks, not how they would typically feel after drinking alcohol. All the victims reported engaging in rough sex with Gallo with some describing him putting his hands around their throat to the point of them passing out or almost passing out. Lab results revealed the women had methamphetamine and other drugs in their system.

The new charges show that Gallo used other dating sites, in addition to sugradaddymeet.com, to meet the women, according to the Bucks County District Attorney. The victims in the new charges range in age from 18 to 35, and had encounters with Gallo between June 2018 and June 2024.

The women reported going on dates with Gallo, which would happen at his house. There, he would make them drinks that he spiked with a controlled substance, the DA said. The five rape victims reported engaging in rough sex with Gallo, with four of them describing him putting his hands around their throat to the point of them passing out or almost passing out, the DA said.

"The victims reported side effects from the drugs that including being unable to sleep and hallucinating. All of them sought medical treatment after their encounters with Gallo," according to information from the DA. Lab results showed they had methamphetamines or amphetamines in their system.

While serving a search warrant at Gallo’s home, investigators recovered a bottle of tequila that tested positive for methamphetamine, the DA said.

He appeared at the Criminal Justice Center on Monday for a preliminary hearing. His formal arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 27. Gallo has been in the Bucks County Correctional Facility since his arrest in September.
