Bomb Threat At Bristol School 'Non-Credible'

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Police were on the scene at a Bristol Township high school Wednesday morning after a bomb threat that officials later said was "non-credible."
The threat was phoned in early Wednesday morning, according to Bristol Township School District officials.
Police were called immediately and "determined the threat to be nonspecific and non-credible," district Superintendent Melanie Gehrens said in a written statement.

"As an added precaution, both a detective and multiple police officers were present during the beginning of the school day," Gehrens said. "All operations at the high school are functioning normally."
