Bristol Township Police: Man Wanted For Terroristic Threats

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA—The Bristol Township Police Department is asking the public's help in locating a man who has several warrants for his arrest.
Jesse Won Carter, 38, has been charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats, according to police. Officers did not provide any additional background on the charges.
According to police, Carter is described as a black man who weighs about 250 pounds and stands a little over six feet - 75 inches - in height.
