$5,000 Reward Offered After Dog Thrown From Moving Car In Bucks Co.

The Bucks County SPCA is offering a reward seeking information about those responsible for the crime in Tullytown Borough last week.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Bucks County SPCA is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for throwing a dog from a moving car in Lower Bucks County last week.

The SPCA said the animal cruelty investigation involves a dog found in Tullytown Borough on Tuesday evening after witnesses reported seeing the dog thrown from a moving car.

The Tullytown Borough Police Department brought the dog to the Bucks County SPCA shelter in Lahaska.

The dog has been examined by an SPCA veterinarian and is receiving treatment for minor wounds likely resulting from being thrown from a car, as well as other serious pre-existing medical conditions.

The SPCA's Humane Law Enforcement team is investigating in conjunction with Tullytown Police.

"We are deeply concerned that this dog may have experienced cruel treatment prior to this violent act," the Bucks County SPCA said.

The Bucks County SPCA is offering the $5,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of the parties responsible and will hold them accountable.
