Croydon Woman Was DUI When She Struck Girl At Bus Stop: Police
A Croydon woman is charged with aggravated assault while DUI in connection with a Jan. 6 crash that injured a child at a school bus stop.

BENSALEM, PA — Police in Bensalem have charged a Croydon woman with aggravated assault while DUI in connection with a crash that injured a child at a school bus stop last month.
Kathleen Wesley, 35, is facing charges in connection with the Jan. 6 crash at Bensalem Boulevard and Timber Lane. Police said a 12-year-old girl was crossing Bensalem Blvd to board the school bus when she was struck by a White 2000 Ford F-150 pick up truck, driven by Wesley.
Police determined Wesley failed to stop for the red stop signals on the bus. A blood test revealed she was under the influence at the time of the crash, police said.
