Death At Bristol Homeless Encampment Being Investigated
The body of a man was found at Delaware Canal State Park by Green Lane in Bristol Borough on Thursday morning.
BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — Local authorities are currently investigating the death of a man at a homeless encampment that took place on Thursday, April 7.
According to LevittownNow.com, medics and police were called to a wooded area off the Delaware Canal State Park by Green Lane in Bristol Borough around 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Authorities found a man deceased at one of the camps in the woods.
Several homeless encampments line the towpath in the Borough.

Bristol Borough police Lt. Joe Moors told LevittownNow.com that the body was found off the towpath.
An autopsy of the body will be performed by the coroner. No immediate signs of injury were observed when the body was found.
