Driver Identified In Fatal Interstate 95 Crash
The Bucks County Coroner has identified a man who was killed on Friday afternoon on northbound Interstate 95 in a multi-vehicle crash.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Lackawanna County man was killed in a crash on Interstate 95 near the Pennsylvania Turnpike, authorities said.
Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi identified the man as Domenic J. Giacobbe, 64, from Lackawanna County.
Campi said Giacobbe died from blunt force injuries on northbound Interstate 95, just south of Exit 42 around 3:15 p.m. Friday, near the Bristol-Oxford Valley Road overpass, in a multi-vehicle crash.

Pennsylvania State Police said the crash involved a utility truck striking the rear of a Geo Tracker, Levittown Now reported.

State Police said the force of the impact pushed the Geo Tracker’s driver between two vehicles, and that the driver was pronounced dead after being sandwiched between the vehicles, Levittown Now said.
