Ellis Road Trail Construction Continues Through July

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — PennDOT said that trail construction will continue on Ellis Road in Middletown Township over most of the month under a local safety improvement project.

Drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Tuesday, July 1, through Thursday, July 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a weekday lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Ellis Road between Fulling Mill Road and Woodbourne Road for loading equipment and trucks entering and exiting the construction site.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
