LEVITTOWN, PA — Several Falls Township officials joined gym owners Martin McLoughlin and Linda Stout as they cut the ribbon for their new Extreme Fitness Beast Factory Gym location in Levittown.

Twice the size of their previous location, which was situated in a warehouse in the Fallsington section of Falls Township, the new location at 8724 New Falls Road will be the fifth and final location for the gym, according to the husband-and-wife owners.

The business duo invested their life savings into the new 12,000-square-foot fitness facility, which is being described as newer, brighter, and more spacious than their other locations. It was previously the location of one of the area's oldest grocery stores.

Starting his first gym out of his Levittown home, McLoughlin expanded his brand with three other locations over the years. The goal of this latest location, he said, “is to make everyone feel like they’re in a private gym.”

“They can do every single thing from their own rack,” he said. “We don’t want people to feel like they don’t have access to the equipment.”

Black walls, soft LED lights, colorful equipment, and black turf are just some of the aesthetic qualities of this new gym that give it a modern and vibrant feel.

State-of-the-art speakers and wireless mics, which can easily be controlled through his cell phone, give McLoughlin the ability to control microphone and music volumes from his cell phone.

Group members can partake in fitness classes or work with one of six personal trainers.

The gym plans on offering an add-on of open gym membership in the near future. This would give members access to the equipment anytime the gym is open, except when group sessions are held. All members have access to a private Facebook page with online workouts, as well as a healthy cooking page.
