Fallen PA State Trooper Laid To Rest: Watch Live Stream
The funeral of Trooper Martin F. Mack III is being held at a Levittown church, with thousands of law enforcement officials present.

LEVITTOWN, PA — The funeral of Trooper Martin F. Mack III, a Bucks County native, is being held at a Levittown church on Thursday, March 31. An estimated 5,000 members of law enforcement and hundreds of other mourners are expected to attend the funeral and pay their respects to the fallen trooper.

Mack was killed in a car crash on Interstate 95 on Monday, March 21. Mack, along with Trooper Branden T. Sisca, was killed after being struck by a reportedly intoxicated driver as they assisted someone on the road in Philadelphia.

The funeral is being held at St. Michael the Archangel Church, located at 66 Levittown Parkway in the Levittown area. The service will begin at 11 a.m. A funeral procession will travel to Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, located at 1215 Super Highway in Langhorne, and authorities are welcoming the public to line the route and wave American flags in support of the family.
Several road closures will be in place. In Tullytown, Levittown Parkway will be shut down in both directions from Route 13 to Kenwood Drive from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In Bristol Borough, Radcliffe Street will be shut down in both directions from Walnut Street to Fillmore Street from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

"Please do not interfere with the natural flow of the procession or formations and refrain from any direct interaction with the family," Pennsylvania State Police said.
Motorists should allow for additional travel time in the area. The Bristol Township Police Department also asked the public to be patient and considerate of efforts to control traffic.
"Township-affiliated organizations will be assisting with traffic control and road closures at varying locations," the department said. "These individuals will be working alongside us and should be extended respect and cooperation. Likewise, if a roadway is barricaded or designated closed by any means, please adhere to this as it is a safety measure for both the event and yourselves."
Many police departments and law enforcement officials have made statements remembering both Mack and Sisca.
"The Northampton Township Police Department wants to send our thoughts and prayers to the friends and family of both Troopers and the civilian in today's tragic incident on I95," the Northampton Township Police Department said on the day of the crash that took the lives of Mack, Sisca, and Reyes Rivera Oliveras, the civilian they were assisting on the side of I-95.
The Falls Township Police Department said that they "send our condolences to the families, friends, and co-workers of Trooper Mack and Trooper Sisca and the citizen that was also fatally injured."
The Warminster Township Police Department said that they "mourn the loss of two Pennsylvania State Police Troopers, who were tragically killed this morning on I-95 in Philadelphia," on the day of the accident. "Our condolences to their family and friends, as well as our brothers and sister, who continue to serve bravely in the Pennsylvania State Police!!"
The Bristol Township Police Department also shared their sadness in Mack's death. Mack, along with his wife and two daughters, were residents of Bristol Borough.
"We as a department are saddened to report the devastating news regarding the passing of two Pennsylvania State Troopers. Their lives were tragically taken while investigating the well-being of a civilian walking on I-95. The civilian, sadly, passed as well during this incident."
"Our hearts are broken this morning with the news that two brave Pennsylvania State Troopers were killed while doing their job to protect a citizen," the Bucks County District Attorney's office said on the day of the crash. "Our law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every single day, and this is a tragic reminder of that sacrifice."
Mack had served with the Pennsylvania State Police for 7-1/2 years, having enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in November 2014. He had graduated as a member of the 141st cadet class. He was assigned, along with fellow Trooper Branden T. Sisca, to Troop K.
When not on duty, Mack acted as the assistant coach of the lacrosse team at Truman High School in Bristol Township.
