FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man from Falls Township's Morrisville section has been charged with raping three children, two boys and a girl who were ages 8 and 9 at the time of the alleged assaults, police said.

Lens Etienne, 22, faces charges including rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault against a victim less than 13 years old and indecent assault, according to a criminal complaint filed by Falls Township Police.

According to the complaint, the department received a referral on July 3 from Bucks County Children and Youth. It claimed the three victims — a 10-year-old girl, a 10-year-old boy and an 11-year-old boy — had been sexually assaulted by Etienne about two years ago.
