Falls Man Faces Second Child-Porn Charge In Just Over A Year
He posted child pornography to a social networking site while he was awaiting a court date on his earlier charges, prosecutors say.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man from Falls Township who is already in jail on child pornography charges was accused Monday of sharing child porn again while he was awaiting his court date.
Kenneth Richard Roberts III, 25, was charged with possession of child pornography, dissemination of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
Bucks County prosecutors say the new offense happened after Roberts was charged in a July 19, 2019 child pornography arrest but before he'd gone to court on that charge.
