FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man faces up to 12 years in state prison for raping an unconscious woman in the township in February 2024, authorities said.

Bryan M. Stackhouse was sentenced on Monday to just under six to 12 years in state prison, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office said. A jury found him guilty in July on charges of rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and indecent assault.

The victim and a friend had been at a bar where they met Stackhouse and another man. After leaving the bar, they went to Stackhouse’s township apartment, authorities said. The victim told police that she woke up to Stackhouse sexually assaulting her.
