Falls Twp. Supervisors Approve Additions For 2 Local Businesses
Hiossen Inc. and Grand Affairs Party Rentals were approved for additions and expansions to their business locations at the Monday meeting.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Falls Township Supervisors approved additions for two local businesses at their board meeting on Monday.
A vote of 4-0 granted preliminary and final land development approval to Hiossen Inc., a dental implants manufacturing business located at 85 Ben Fairless Dr. in Morrisville.
The approval will see the construction of a 36,468-square-foot building addition to the business' existing 27,000-square-foot industrial location.

Consisting of 32,672 square feet of industrial space on the first floor and 5,796 square feet of office space on a partial second floor, a Hiossen representative told the board that enhancements will include additional greenspace, as well as a walking trail around the property.
The board also voted 4-0 to permit Grand Affairs Party Rentals, located at 1512 David Terrace in Morrisville, to build a 3,190-square-foot addition to the business. The storage area would be used to store tables, chairs, and other party rental supplies; it would not be open to the public.
