Firefighter Hurt Battling Bristol Arson Fire
Firefighters were called to the home, a vacant rental property, at 1:26 a.m. on Friday.
BRISTOL, PA — A firefighter was injured early Friday morning while battling a fire that has been ruled an arson.
Firefighters were dispatched at 1:26 a.m. to a fire at 25 Green Ln. in Bristol Township, according to Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito. The house is a vacant rental property and the owner did not have insurance, Dippolito said.
During the response, one firefighter was taken to Lower Bucks Hospital to be treated for burns, according to Dippolito.

He said he ruled the fire an arson and has turned over evidence found at the scene to Bristol Township Police, who are helping in the investigation.
Units that responded to the blaze included Third District Fire Company, Croydon Fire Company, Edgely Fire Company, Newportville Fire Company, Levittown #2 Fire Company, William Penn Fire Company, Bucks County Rescue Squad, Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad, Bristol Township Police and Bristol Township Fire Police.
