"My girlfriend, Dana, in her great nature, has been selling or giving away all that she owns," to move in with him, Matthews said. "She ordered herself a brand new bed that this car ran completely over. We have no idea what condition it's in."

Matthews has started a fundraiser to support his girlfriend. So far, the GoFundMe page has raised over $800 of its $5,000 goal.

"I'm not sure exactly what I'm asking for… I would just love for people to help us out because we need help, and because Dana is the best person I know, and she helps so many people, she deserves a win," he said.

The Bristol Township Police Department said they received a 911 call at 11:59 p.m. last Monday about several male teenagers entering vehicles in the 400 block of Stonybrook Drive located in the township's Levittown section.

Police said he attempted to flee in the stolen vehicle, crashing into a home along the 400 block of Stonybrook Drive.
