Grocery Outlet To Open 4th Bucks Co. Store

The discount grocery chain is expected to occupy space in the Fairless Hills Shopping Center. A store opened in Jamison in February.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Grocery Outlet has announced plans to open its fourth store in the county.

The "extreme-value" chain will open in the Fairless Hills Shopping Center on Lincoln Highway in Falls Township.

An opening date has yet to be announced.

The store will occupy 42,000 square feet of space in the shopping center, which recently announced it was adding a Big Blue Swim School there.

Big Blue Swim School opened in late July in the Center Point Place Shopping Center in Warminster.

Big Blue Swim School specializes in teaching children how to be safe, happy, confident swimmers.

Grocery Outlet has Bucks County locations in Warminster, Jamison, and Quakertown.

The store in the Warwick Square Shopping Centeron York Road in Jamison opened in February.

Grocery Outlet offers a full range of products, including fresh produce, meat, deli, and dairy, along with a wide assortment of natural and organic choices. The store also carries a large selection of health and beauty care, and seasonal items.

Based in California, Grocery Outlet sells the same trusted brands as traditional grocery stores but at lower prices, said the Lohr’s. Its buyers scour the country to find the top manufacturers with excess inventory and seasonal closeouts so Grocery Outlet can offer “WOW savings” on thousands of name-brand products at significantly lower prices, they said.

The company has more than 450 locations throughout California, Idaho, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
