BRISTOL, PA — Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County celebrated its 124th dedication of a home in Bristol on April 28.

Also known as Habitat Bucks, the non-profit organization utilized the work of 95 volunteers to build the new house for a local mother, known as Melissa, and her two sons, who had been living in small apartments as they looked for a home.

"My biggest dream for myself and sons was a house—one we can call our own; one that no one can take from us; one we can put the hard work in to make it what we want," said Melissa. "I was a kid without these things: no house, no home, and no stability! I strive to be the opposite! This is a dream come true."
