LANGHORNE, PA —The historic Langhorne Hotel is up for sale.
The 8,100-square-foot, three-story hotel at 100 W. Maple Ave. has hit the market for $2.35 million, according to the real estate broker LoopNet.
The historic 1704 Langhorne Hotel includes the building, restaurant, liquor license, 12 rental rooms, and two apartments. It was renovated in 2000 and is 100 percent leased, according to its listing.

The owners have maintained the impeccable condition of the building.
\Some of the more recent updates are exterior building painting, basement waterproofing system, newer roof on the second floor, and expansion of the first-floor dining area.

The liquor license is an R license which can be transferred anywhere in the county.
The first dining area seats 18 and is dominated by a non-functioning, brick, fireplace with a gas stove insert for added ambiance and opens to the bar area.
The bar has 12 seats, three high-top tables, and three dining tables. The keg cooler is located in the basement, which allows more space for the bar area.
The second dining room has about 10 four-top tables, high ceilings, and a mini-split system.
