House Fire Under Investigation In Bristol Twp.
The Levittown Fire Company No. 2 battled a blaze Sunday morning in the Kenwood section of Levittown.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —A house fire in the Kenwood section of Levittown on Sunday morning is under investigation, fire officials said.
The Levittown Fire Company No. 2 said that Rescue and Squirt 13 along with mutual aid from the Edgely Fire Company responded to the house fire on Kingapple Lane on Sunday morning.
Fire crews found smoke and fire on the first floor, extending up the stairwell.

Fire companies were able to quickly extinguish the blaze and the fire was placed under control within 30 minutes.
The Bristol Township Fire Marshal is investigating the cause.

There were no injuries to the occupants. Working smoke detectors did alarm, waking sleeping children in the home, fire officials said.
