House Fire Under Investigation In Middletown Township

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A home in the township's Highland Park section suffered damage after a fire overnight Tuesday, officials said.

The Penndel Volunteer Fire Company battled the blaze along with numerous mutual aid companies at the two-story, single-family home.

Fire crews worked on both floors that had smoke showing and borought the fire under control before it spread to the rest of the house.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Middletown Township Fire Marshal.
