The meeting also included two additional member honors. Dave Carson and Keith Pacheco were each awarded their Paul Harris Fellow pins, a distinguished recognition named after Rotary’s founder and presented to individuals who have donated at least $1000 to the Rotary Foundation to support the foundation's ongoing work such as ending polio, promoting peace, fighting disease, providing clean water, supporting education, improving maternal and child health, and more! During the meeting, Club President Chris Foster highlighted several of the Langhorne Rotary Club’s accomplishments over the past year. The club donated more than $17,500 to support a wide range of community needs, including local nonprofits, youth scholarships, and families facing hardship. Members continued their long-standing participation in the Adopt-A-Highway program, helping to maintain cleaner roadways throughout the area. Foster also noted the success of the club’s Annual Pet Fair & Family Fun Day, a free event for the community that promotes responsible pet ownership while bringing families together. Additional outreach activities—including food distribution support, service partnerships, and hands-on volunteer initiatives—demonstrated the club’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for residents across Bucks County.
