Man Arrested In Fairless Hills Shooting
Police say he fired a handgun from the passenger seat of one car into another vehicle on Tuesday.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Falls Township on Tuesday arrested a man after they say he shot from one car into another near Fairless Hills Towne Center in Fairless Hills.
Officers were called at 5:41 p.m. on Tuesday after someone reported seeing a passenger of a gold PT Cruiser fire a shot from a handgun at a silver Toyota Camry. The shooting happened near the shopping center, in the 400 block of S. Oxford Valley Road.
Police found the PT Cruiser headed northbound on U.S. Rt. 1 just off of Lincoln Highway. They stopped the car, detained its occupants and found a loaded handgun on the roadway along its travel route, according to police.

Police say Anthony Martin, 31, of Philadelphia, was the shooter.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, illegally possessing a firearm, shooting a firearm into an occupied structure, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment.

His bail was set at 10 percent of $250,000 and he was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
