Man Exposed Himself To Teen At Oxford Valley Mall Bathroom: Police
Middletown Township Police said the man exposed himself to a 15-year-old boy inside a mall bathroom, according to court records.
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A man faces charges for what he said was a mistaken sexual encounter inside a bathroom at the Oxford Valley Mall over the weekend, according to court records.
In a criminal complaint obtained by Patch, Middletown Township Police charged Warren Schaeffer, 40, of Philadelphia, with indecent assault with forcible compulsion, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
He was preliminarily arraigned before on-call District Judge Mick Petrucci and is being held on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

Police said Schaeffer confessed to exposing his genitals to a 15-year-old boy inside a bathroom at the JCPenney's at 5:10 p.m. Saturday, the criminal complaint states.
The complaint said that Schaeffer told police he mistook the teenager for a person he had arranged through an anonymous dating app to meet in the bathroom for a sex act.

NBC 10 reported that Schaeffer is employed as a special education aide for the Philadelphia School District and also works at JCPenney.
