Man Found Guilty Of Raping Girl At Age 9 In Lower Bucks Co.: DA
The King of Prussia man was found guilty of raping the girl when she was 9 and 11 in Bristol Township from 2015 to 2018, authorities said.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A King of Prussia man has been convicted for the rape and sexual assault of a girl in Bristol Township, authorities said.
After a three-day trial, 39-year-old Charles J. Sylvester of King of Prussia was found guilty on Wednesday for the rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and two counts of indecent assault.
Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Charissa J. Liller revoked Sylvester’s bail and deferred his sentencing so the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board can recommend whether Sylvester meets the criteria to be declared a sexually violent predator.
