Man Habitually Exposed Self To Traffic: Middletown Police

MIDDLETOWN, PA — Police in Middletown are looking for information on a man they say has been displaying "offensive" behavior along Durham Road.

On Thursday, police posted on Facebook asking for anyone who has had an experience with the man to come forward. They say they recently arrested him and believe he "has made a habit of exposing himself/pleasuring himself to traffic driving by and, most commonly, delivery drivers."

They're asking anyone who has witnessed the behavior or delivered to the man to contact Officer Beck at 215-750-3845.

"We want to make sure his charges are all encompassing, perhaps voluminous is the right word," police wrote in the post.
