Middletown Gets Electric-Car Charging Stations

The stations in Levittown and Langhorne are open to the public and the township doesn't make any money off of them.

MIDDLETOWN, PA — Middletown Township is now home to a pair of electric-vehicle charging stations.

One charging station is now open for public use at the Middletown Township Municipal Center, at 3 Municipal Way in Langhorne, and the other is open at the Department of Public Works building, at 700 Veterans Hwy. in Levittown.

Both stations charge 18 cents per kilowatt-hour and the township makes not profit from the stations. The municipal center station is in the parking lot outside the police department and the public works station is outside of the main entrance.
