MIDDLETOWN, PA — A man from Middletown Township has been arrested on charges he repeatedly exposed and pleasured himself in the presence of delivery drivers called to his home.
The arrest came after an undercover police officer, posing as a delivery driver, witnessed the man fondling his genitals, according to police.
Anthony Hamill, 36, faces seven counts each of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, Middletown Township Police announced.

On Dec. 12, police received a report from a passerby of a man standing nude at the front door of Hamill's home in the 1500 block of Durham Road. Langhorne Police responded and met with Hamill, who denied any wrongdoing.
Then, on Dec. 23, Middletown Police received a report from a local restaurant that delivery drivers called to the same address were having "ongoing and escalating incidents" with a man who would answer the door with his genitals exposed, then touch himself as the driver walked away.

Several drivers were interviewed and, on Christmas Eve, the Bucks County District Attorney's office approved charges be filed against Hamill.
On the afternoon of Dec. 28, Hamill placed another food order, police said. At 3 p.m., a Middletown Police officer posing as a delivery driver made the food delivery. As the officer pulled up, Hamill was standing in the doorway rubbing his genitals, according to police. He then exposed himself as the driver approached, police said.
The officer signaled uniformed backup officers, who moved in and arrested Hamill, police said.
Last week, Middletown Police put out a public call asking members of the public if anyone had experienced similar incidents in the Durham Road area.
