"As a driven public administration professional, I am dedicated to integrity, transparency, and innovative leadership," Ratliff said. "I've tackled challenges across strategic budgeting, comprehensive planning, economic development, and public safety."
Ratliff said that while in Kennett Township, he led the community through the fallout of a $3.2 million embezzlement, implementing financial reforms that recovered 82 percent of the stolen funds and restored public trust.
"Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building communities that work for everyone," he said. "Whether it’s optimizing infrastructure projects like water, sewer, and stormwater systems, or developing multimodal transportation solutions, I leverage public sector strengths to foster long-term, positive impacts. Leading a government that listens and responds to its citizens is more than a job — it’s my mission."
