Oxford Valley Mall Apartments Project Entering Phase II
Atlee Square is being built on the former Boscov's at the mall property in Middletown Township.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Over a year since opening, the luxury apartment complex known as Atlee Square on the property of the Oxford Valley Mall is entering its second phase.
Atlee Square opened its apartments in August 2024 on space formerly occupied by Boscov's, which was demolished to make room for the apartment project.
Under the project's second phase, 223 apartments are planned with construction expected to start sometime early next year, officials said. Cornerstone Tracy is the developer.
