The Bucks County Parks and Recreation Department said the pool is out of commission for the rest of the summer due to a leak.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Oxford Valley Pool won't be opening at all this summer.
The Bucks County Parks and Recreation Department provided an update on the pool on Tuesday, saying that a leak preventing the pool's usage cannot be fixed this season.
"It is with sincere regret that we announce the Oxford Valley Pool will not be opening this summer," county officials said. "We appreciate that this news comes as a disappointment to many, and we apologize for any disruption this brings to your summer plans."

In early June, county officials announced that the pool could not hold water, and the exact source of the leak had not yet been identified. The county was diligently along with multiple contractors and county staff to resolve the issue, but that came to no avail.
The county said that all pool members will receive a refund over the next few days.

Several Lower Bucks County residents have asked Bucks County Parks and Recreation when the leak was first discovered at the pool, which is located in Fairless Hills.
Officials said that each year, the pool is winterized and remains empty until mid-May.
"We will be excited to welcome you back to the Oxford Valley Pool again next year when we expect to reopen," county officials said.
Parks and Recreation officials are encouraging people to visit the Tohickon Valley Pool and local municipal pools or splashpads.
