The complaint said that she had blocked him from contact and stated he would break in and “hurt her” if she refused to come outside and talk.

Police said Dimitriyadis then allegedly ripped apart the window to her bedroom, attempted to remove the air conditioning unit, and cursed at her after being repeatedly told to leave, the complaint reads.

During the incident, Dimitriyadis then reached through the damaged window and grabbed her arm to try to pull her outside, police said.

Dimitriyadis reportedly fled the area after overhearing the woman’s father on the phone with 9-1-1, police said..

Officers at the scene observed pieces of duct tape and bubble wrap, which had been used for insulation around the air conditioning unit, on the ground below the bedroom window. A clear opening was visible in the window where Dimitriyadis allegedly attempted to gain entry, police said.

Police said they attempted to contact Dimitriyadis by phone but were unsuccessful.
