Police Seeking Missing Boy In Middletown

UPDATE: Police say Alex has been found and is safely home.

MIDDLETOWN, PA — Police in Middletown Township are asking for the public's help finding a boy who has gone missing.

Sasha "Alexander" Platova, 14, likes to go to Oxford Valley Mall and many other businesses in that area, according to police.

The teen, who stands about 5'8" and weighs about 155 pounds, goes by both Sasha and Alex, they said. He has "dirty blonde" hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt, dark sweatpants and socks (possibly with no shoes).

Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts should call police dispatch immediately at 215-949-1000, according to police.
