Popular Bristol Borough Bakeshop Closes Its Doors
Angelina's Bake Shop, located on Mill Street, closed its doors "until further notice" after two years of business.

BRISTOL, PA — A popular Bristol Borough bakeshop closed its doors over the weekend.
Angelina's Bake Shop, located on 312 Mill Street, closed its doors "until further notice" on Sunday, March 13.
The bakeshop, which opened its doors in 2019, was operated by Angelina and Sergio Cargitlado.

In a statement, which was published on social media, the bakeshop said that the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic was the main reason the popular Mill Street spot closed its doors over the weekend.
"Please know this decision was not taken lightly, as we have prided ourselves in being a bright spot in our community," the bakeshop said on Facebook.

It is with great sadness that we bid you a farewell, as we have made the difficult decision to close our doors Sunday March 13, 2022 until further notice.
The economic impact of COVID-19 we have faced over these last two years, has left Angelina’s to come to this decision.
