Power Out In Middletown After Car Crash
A car struck a power pole and transformer in the crash at Wood Lane near Shasta Road, police said.
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A car crash in Middletown Friday afternoon struck a power pole and transformer, knocking out power in the entire area.
The crash happened on Wood Lane near Shasta Road, according to Middletown Township Police.
Officers were working to install generators to get the traffic signals at the site working, police said in a social media post.

PECO is aware of the situation and have a crew en route, police said in the message, sent around 4:30 p.m. There was no estimate from PECO on when power might be restored, police said.
