Samuel L. Glasgow, 24, Bucks County Tech School Grad

Glasgow was most recently enrolled in the Levittown Beauty Academy with the hope of someday opening his own barbershop.

Samuel L. Glasgow died suddenly on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Aria Health Bucks Campus in Langhorne. He was 24.

Sam was a lifetime Bristol Township resident, and was a graduate of the Bucks County Technical High School, Class of 2006. He was a licensed Automobile Technician and was most recently enrolled in the Levittown Beauty Academy with the hope of someday opening his own Barber Shop.

He enjoyed fishing and his tattoo art.

Sam was the loving father of Chase Nolan. He was the beloved son of Samuel A. and Louann (Laino) Glasgow and the brother of Bryan Glasgow (Melissa) of Hallstead, PA, Kristy Cloud of Levittown, Sarah Devaney (Derrick) of Bethlehem and April Burchell (Bob) of Williamsport. He will also be sadly missed by his 4 nieces and 3 nephews; his maternal grandmother, Jeanette Laino (the late Louis M.) of Edgewater Park, NJ; his paternal grandmother, Violet Glasgow (the late Samuel P.) of San Antonio, TX; several aunts, uncle and cousins.

Family and friends will be received Friday, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Chase Nolan Glasgow Educational Trust Fund, in care of the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc.
