Skate Camp Set For Spring Break In Middletown
A beginner's skateboarding class also is planned for the Saturday before the weeklong camp at the Langhorne park.
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Parents looking for ways to keep the kids busy during spring break might want to consider letting them roll around at Middletown Skate Park.
The park, at 2600 Langhorne Yardley Rd. in Langhorne, will be hosting a beginner's skateboarding class for kids next month, followed by a weeklong camp the following week.
The beginner's class, for kids ages 6-12, will be Saturday, April 4, from 9-10:30 a.m. Safety helmets are required, but skateboards and pads will be provided.

The cost is $30 for Middletown residents and $45 for non-residents.
Spring Break Skateboarding Camp is scheduled at the park from Monday, April 6 to Friday, April 10. For kids ages 6-17, the camp will range from the very basics of skateboarding to learning tricks.

Helmets are required and full-day participants are asked to bring a lunch.
Half-days for the week, which run from 9 a.m.-noon, is $325 for residents and $375 for non-residents. Full days (9 a.m.-3 p.m.) are $425 for residents and $550 for non-residents.
