Sola Salon Studio Opens New Location In Levittown
The new salon is located in the Langhorne Square Shopping Center, occupying a shop that is close to 6,000 square feet in size.
LANGHORNE, PA — Sola Salon Studio, a new salon chain, has opened its newest location in Levittown.
As one of four new locations from the salon chain, the latest location can be found in the Langhorne Square Shopping Center. The salon offers a variety of services to its clientele, such as "experienced hairdressers, skincare professionals, nail technicians, massage therapists, and other salon professionals," according to a statement from Maven Communications.
The new 5,911 square foot location was secured by Federal Realty Investment Trust, a real estate investment trust company, which has worked with other shops and companies in the Levittown shopping center.

“We are thrilled to welcome four new Sola Salon Studios to our community shopping centers as they continue their regional expansion,” said James Dotson, Director of Leasing at Federal Realty Investment Trust. “The locations of the new salons were strategically chosen to complement the existing tenants in the shopping centers, while offering a best-in-class beauty destination for residents near our Pennsylvania and New Jersey centers.”
The real estate company also opened a 6,358 square foot space in Wynnewood Shopping Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. A 5,328 square foot location at the Flourtown Shopping Center, in Flourtown, Pennsylvania is expected to open in early 2023, and the salon's largest store is planned to be located in the Ellisburg Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, occupying a 10,566 square foot space.

“This partnership between Sola Salons and Federal Realty represents a larger fundamental shift in the salon model nationally,” said Bo Breuner, owner of Sola Salon Studios. “Sola Salon Studios knocks down the barrier to entry for salon ownership, giving salon professionals new opportunity to work for themselves.”
