Terroristic Threats, Drug Possession: Bristol Borough Crimes

The Bristol Borough Police Department has released its blotter of recent criminal incidents.

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — The Bristol Borough Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for July.

These are the criminal incidents:

  • July 1 — 9:24 a.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for the solicitation of sexual abuse of children, attempt to obscene and other sexual material and performance, and the criminal use of a communication facility. He was arrested, processed, and arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Finello, where bail was set at $300,000 with 10 percent. He was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility instead of bail.
  • July 1 — 10:35 p.m., Basin Park. A 21-year-old Levittown man was cited for a Borough Ordinance Violation.
  • July 1 — 2:16 p.m., Mansion and Corson streets. A 22-year-old from Oregon was cited for a Borough Ordinance Violation for truck traffic restricted on certain roadways.
  • July 11 — 11:29 a.m., 400 block Bath St., A 64-year-old Coatesville man was cited for disorderly conduct, and a 47-year-old Philadelphia man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 12 — 9:35 p.m., 600 block Garden St. A 68-year-old Bristol woman was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 12 — 11 p.m., Plum Street Alley. A 44-year-old Bristol woman was cited for public drunkenness.
  • July 16 — 10:14 p.m., 100 block Cedar St., A 26-year-old Wayne man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 20 — 12:41 a.m., Beaver and Prospect streets. A 25-year-old Sicklerville, N.J. woman was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude police. She will be summoned to court to answer the charges.
  • July 20 — 4:50 p.m., Beaver and Pond streets. A 28-year-old East Orange, N.J., man was cited for a Borough Ordinance Violation, truck traffic restricted on certain roadways.
  • July 22 — 8:25 a.m., 232 Commerce Circle. A 23-year-old Bristol Township man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 23 — 8:43 p.m., Beaver Street and Fourth Avenue. A 26-year-old Warrington man was arrested for terroristic threats, simple assault, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct. He will be summoned to court to answer the charges.
  • July 25 — 11:39 a.m., Pond and Taylor streets. A 25-year-old Philadelphia man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 26 — 6:26 p.m., 100 block of Cedar Street. A 20-year-old Bristol Township man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 26 — 7:20 p.m., Basin Street. A 53-year-old Bristol man was arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He will be summoned to court to answer the charges.
  • July 27 — 5:58 p.m., 230 Route 13. A 27-year-old Bordentown, N.J. man was cited for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
  • July 27 — 8:42 p.m., 400 block Otter St. A 20-year-old Levittown man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 27 — 10:18 p.m., Route 13 and Beaver Street. A 23-year-old Levittown man was cited for disorderly conduct.
  • July 28 — 12:30 a.m., Route 13 and Beaver Street. A 64-year-old Levittown man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be summoned to court to answer the charges.
  • July 29 — 1:50 a.m., 320 Pond Street. A 35-year-old Bristol man was cited for permitting the violation of curfew. Two juveniles will be cited.
