Truman Drama To Perform As Part Of A Global Music Event

The Harry S. Truman High School club will participate in Music Theatre International's All Together Now! global event for local theatre.

LEVITTOWN, PA — Truman Drama, the drama club of Harry S. Truman High School, will participate in the Music Theatre International’s 'All Together Now!', a global event to celebrate local theatre around the world. The event will take place on Monday, Nov. 15.

The event is an opportunity for schools and theatre around the world to produce and perform musical acts from the Music Theatre International's (MTI) list of shows.

Truman Drama, the inspiration for the book 'Drama High' by author Michael Sokolove, which was then turned into the hit television show 'Rise', will put on a performance base off of previous shows and share theatre history with the audience during their event, which is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 15.

The show will start at 7 p.m. in the Henry C. Morgan Stadium at Truman High School, located on 3001 Green Lane in Levittown. $10 tickets will be available at the gate; only cash will be accepted.

Truman Drama will be performing on the same day as at least 5,550 similar groups across 40 countries. Groups from all 50 states will be performing as a part of the global event.
