“The owners responded quickly and both horses were able to be wrangled safely,” Penndel police said in a statement around noon on Tuesday. “Thank you [to] all who assisted in their safe capture.”
Hulmeville police thanked borough officers Ryan Gaffney and Penndel Chief Sean Perry for wrangling the horses, “something … that was slightly out of their job description,” the police department said. “Guess it's time to make a cowboy hat part of the uniform!”
