'Wheel Of Fortune' Competitor From Bucks Co. Tries His Luck On Tuesday

Growing up in Langhorne, he said he watched the program often​​ and waited in an audition line with his mom when the show came to Philly.

LANGHORNE, PA — Next week, a man who grew up in Bucks County will take to the Wheel of Fortune stage and live out a lifelong dream.

In a story from the Philly Voice, Ari Lipsky (who now lives in Berkeley, California and works as the director of development for the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus) shared what the honor means to him.

"I feel extremely lucky to be selected, knowing how many people's dream this is," he said. "I can’t wait to walk onto that iconic set and meet Pat and Vanna!"

When he was 12, Lipsky even convinced his mom to audition for the game show in Philadelphia. They waited in line for a few hours, but didn't get the chance to get on the stage — next week, Lipsky's fortune changes.
