Woof-A-Palooza To Be Held At Core Creek Park

The race and walk will help support the Middletown Township Police Department's K9 unit.

LANGHORNE, PA — The Middletown Township Police Department, in partnership with the Middletown Community Foundation, will be hosting the 'Woof-A-Palooza' 5k race and fun-walk in Core Creek Park on Sunday, Dec. 12.

Proceeds from the event will go towards funding and aiding the police department's K9 unit. Participants can either take part in the 5k race or the two mile fun-walk. The walk can be enjoyed with or without a leashed dog.

A demonstration of the skills of the K9 dogs will be presented to those who stay after the main event takes place.

The race will be held at 7:30 a.m and the walk at 8:30 a.m. Tickets for the run cost $30 and $20 for the walk. Tickets can be purchased at this website. The first 50 contestants to register will receive a free t-shirt.
