The Spring-Ford area will host eight open houses this weekend.

There are eight open housesย scheduled for this weekend in the vicinity of the Spring-Ford area,ย according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

Perhaps the most intriguing property open for viewing is at 85 Bragg Road in Limerick Township. Offered at $500,000, the 19th century stone farm house is said to include more than $150K in upgrades, including solar-powered electric and hot water.

The highest asking price is $700,000, for 1783 Sheeder Mill Road in the Birchrunville section of West Vincent. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in its 4,680 square feet. The house also boasts a vast outdoor entertainment area, complete with stone patio. The home will be open from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 3.

Another home, located on Broadleaf Circle in Limerick Township, is listed for $494,500. Its 3,156-square-foot floor plan includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Realtor Trident Group will host an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. this Sunday.
