Ex-Publicker Distillery Demolition Is Underway
A developer is planning to build two warehouses on the tract that was a former distillery in Linfield along the Schuylkill River.

LIMERICK, PA —Demolition of large-scale buildings is underway at the abandoned Publicker distillery at the Linfield Industrial Park along the Schuylkill River.
Limerick Town Center LLC, the property owner, is demolishing the buildings and proposed to build two warehouses, totaling 1.9 million square feet. The plan calls for 1,438 parking spaces, 481 loading docks, and 424 trailer parking spaces.
The 191-acre site is zoned heavy industrial, which permits trucking/terminal warehouse by conditional use.
