Limerick Mom Found Dead In Royersford: DA

The body of 43-year-old Jennifer Brown, a mother of two, was found in a wooded area in Royersford, about two miles from her home.

ROYERSFORD, PA —The search for a missing Limerick mom ended Wednesday afternoon when investigators found her body in a wooded area of Royersford, District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said.

Steele confirmed Jennifer Brown’s body was found partially buried in the 200 block of North Fifth Avenue behind a warehouse in Royersford.

Brown, 43, has been missing for over two weeks from her Strafford Court home in Limerick Township.

Her townhouse is about 2 miles from neighboring Royersford, where police were searching on Wednesday afternoon.

Montgomery County coroner’s office will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.

Steele did not speculate on the cause of death.

Police were searching Wednesday afternoon in a wooded area near the 200 block of North Fifth Avenue behind a warehouse along the Schuylkill River in Royersford.

Brown was last seen at 2 p.m. Jan. 3 by a friend and business associate in the Limerick/Royersford area.

Brown was scheduled to pick up her 8-year-old son at a bus stop after school on Jan. 4, but she did not show up, police said.

Her vehicle was parked outside of her home, and her car keys, wallet, purse and work cell phone were found inside.

Her personal cell phone was not found.
