Limerick, Royersford Properties Up For Sheriff's Sale

There will be three local homes for sale at the June 26 auction.

More than 500 properties are on the list for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Sale on June 26, including three in Limerick Township and Royersford Borough.

The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgmery County Court House in Norristown.

Each buyer must have a minimum total bid available for each property to sell, and the winning bidder must have ten percent of the sale price at the auction; the remaining portion is due within ten days of the sale.
