The WFMZ 69 News report said that the accident occurred on May 18 at around 8 in the evening outside of a Kohl's shopping center in Limerick Township.
The story says that Cohen, who was driving a pickup truck, had turned onto a roadway at the same time the motorcycle was entering a turning lane, and that the incident caused the motorcycle to strike the truck.
