New Development Opens At Composting Site In Upper Providence Township
The spread of newly built "luxury single family" homes are now up for sale.
UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA β A new housing complex has opened up in Upper Providence on the site of a former composing field, developer Toll Brothers has announced.
Hearthfield, which Toll Brothers calls its "Collegeville" location but which is actually located in Upper Providence Township, began renting in mid-January.
The development is described as a "luxury single-family home community."

Its location just off Rittenhouse Road is within the Spring-Ford Area School District and blocks away from Pope John Paul II High School.
Downtown Collegeville is about four miles away.

The community includes a variety of two story homes, ranging from 3,029 to 3,672 square feet and including four to five bedrooms.
